PLAYART. Made in Hong Kong, approx. 1/64 scale diecast. Also Made for Woolworth & Woolco stores, under the name "PEELERS". the older 1970's and earlier cars came with different wheel types. There are 4 types of wheels. TYPE 1 have circular disk in center with radiating spokes. TYPE 2 has a more conical, pointed center. TYPE 3 has 5 "pedal" sections like a flower. TYPE 4 has 2 silver concentric circles.
