ceramic figurine.  Walter Lantz MILO DOG by Don Roberto of Los Angeles.  this is the very pale brown version with closed eyes and black collar.  circa 1946 issue.  Approx. 5" long by a bit over 3" tall.  MILO was Andy Panda's dim witted dog.  He appeared in only 2 cartoons in 1945 & 1946.  mint with original foil sticker intact.  rare!  225.00

OSWALD RABBIT illustrated on napkin advertising OSWALD'S San Jose California.  very early 1930's Walter Lantz style Oswald.  pie cut eyes with red shorts and buttons.  red/black/off white.  paper napkin is from early 1930's and does not have a copyright.  unused.  very obscure piece of ephemera.  rare!  very possibly the only one in existence.   near mint to mint.  50.00

WOODY WOODPECKER COLORING BOOK.  Artcraft C2073 (Saalfield).  undated but 1970's vintage.  large oversized approx. 14" by 11".  used - some pages have been crayoned. covers nice.  full color graphics of Woody; Knothead and Splinter painting the walls.  displays as near mint.  20.00

puzzle.  GABBY GATOR Frame Tray Jigsaw Puzzle.  #7489.  copyright 1963.  great full color artwork of him leading a group of bullfrogs in song.  smaller size format approx. 8" by 11".  colors are bright and vivid.  no flaws.  near mint condition.   39.50

KNOTHEAD.  ceramic  pepper shaker.  approx. 4" tall.  fully copyrighted and dated 1958.  made by Napco.  No cracks or chips.   has 2 holes - therefore the pepper.  original rubber stopperl intact in base.  the red hair and black tail on Knothead are "cold glazed" (painted on top of the glaze) and have some wear (can be easily touched up if you were so inclined).  85.00

 WINDY BEAR.  Ceramic salt or pepper shaker.  approx. 4" tall.  fully copyrighted and dated 1958. made by Napco.  No cracks or chips.  The "red" color is "cold glazed" (painted on top of the glaze).  very minimal wear to the red.    Can be touched up if one is so inclined.  SCARCE piece!  85.00

HOMER PIGEON.  Ceramic salt or pepper shaker.  approx. 4" tall.  fully copyrighted and dated 1958. made by Napco.  No cracks or chips.  rubber stopper on base is intact.  near mint to mint condition.  scarce!  85.00

Foil label on base is intact.   No cracks or chips.  The "red" color is "cold glazed" (painted on top of the glaze).  there is very minimal wear to tip of the red paint on the tail; and a little on the back edge of this head comb.  Can be touched up if one is so inclined.  SCARCE piece!  89.50

KNOTHEAD AND SPLINTER.  matched set Ceramic salt and pepper shakers.  approx. 4" tall.  fully copyrighted and dated 1958.  has the NAPCO foil label on base of each.  Knothead has 2 holes in shaker. and SPLINTER has 4.   No cracks or chips.  The "red" color is "cold glazed" (painted on top of the glaze). there is no paint wear.  one of the nicest sets you will find.  near mint to mint.  the PAIR for 225.00

Genuine Bone China miniature ceramic WALTER LANTZ Figurines, Made in Japan, dated 1958 by NAPCO.  Possibly, the rarest post WWII ceramic comic figurines made!   Exceptionally high quality, detailed figurines with high glaze finish.  Each figure has foil label on back and paper label on base.  Each figure is 2.25" tall to 2.5" tall.  Each comes in it's own white box with excelsior stuffing.  Character name is marked on each box.  Each box lid has a red and gold foil label that reads GENUINE BONE CHINA.   very scarce

Meyercord Decals of Walter Lantz characters.   Full color, full figure.  Each is mint inside glassine envelope.  Each measures approx. 6" by 4.25".  Each is dated 1945.   Very scarce!!!  How many could have survived unused?  These are the only ones that I have ever encountered!

BASEBALL FIGURES.  NAPCO, made in Japan, dated 1958.  Each stands on white ceramic base approx. 2 3/4" by 2 1/4".  Painted on top of glaze (cold painted) - hard to find with nice paint, as it chips very easily.
WALLY WALRUS as a catcher. wearing baseball cap backwards and chest protector and large catchers mitt with the ball in it.  Minor paint wear to his blue shirt.  near mint.  185.00

BASEBALL Figural mini planters or pencil holders.  Figure in front of small hollow container, all ceramic.  Made c. 1958.  Painted on top of glaze (cold painted) - hard to find with nice paint, as it chips very easily.  Very attractive, mint condition. 
OSWALD RABBIT as the umpire.  Wearing chest protector and holding his right hand up with 1 finger out.  mint.  225.00

CHILLY WILLY the Popcorn Vendor.  great figure of him holding up a bag of popcorn in his right hand.  slung over his should is a vendor's bag advertising HOT POP CORN.   no cracks or chips.  no repairs.  has some paint flaking in the red portion of his hat and some of the black on his arm and side.  very presentable.  one of the harder ones to find in this series.  165.00

WALL PLAQUES, by Napco. The following are ceramic figures, each approx. 7" tall, flat on 1 side so they can mount against wall. Made c. 1958.  Painted on top of glaze (cold painted) - hard to find with nice paint, as it chips very easily.  Very attractive, mint condition.

FIGURAL PLANTERS by Napco, 1958. Each is a 5" by 3.5" by 2" ceramic planter with a 7" tall figure in the front. Colorful and attractive.  Painted on top of glaze (cold painted) - hard to find with nice paint, as it chips very easily. 
CHILLY WILLY warming his hands over an open fire.  no cracks or chips.  no repairs.  as is typical the red paint is flaking off.  Easy to repaint.  150.00
WOODY WOODPECKER.  tipping his hat and carrying a suitcase or satchel with his name on it.  possibly supposed to be a traveling salesman?  no cracks.  no chips.  no repairs.  there is a factory glazing flaw in upper left edge of the white planter.  great looking piece.  139.50
