When you blow thru it the spokes of the rear wheel spin around and makes a slight whistling sound. You could attach a straw to each end; and suck your soda thru it. Here is a highly unusual item! A noisemaker that attached to you bicycle so that it “sounds like a motorbike”. Reads: “Have more fun out of cycling with WHIRLWIND CYCLE PUTTER. Sounds Like a Motorbike. Durable. Processed Plastic. Fits All Bikes.” Novelty Mfg. Co., Newark NJ. Mint, never used, never removed from card. Aluminum shaft bolts unto bicycle frame, with the milky white part hitting the spokes, to make the “putt putt” sounds. The Yellow part with the racing motorcycle #18 – is there to decorate your bike!
