1929.  PACIFIC COAST FOOTBALL SCHEDULE & SCORECARD.  bifold; lightweight stock.  Compliments of Central National Bank; Oakland California.  larger "pocket" size schedule. there is room to write down score for each game.  teams include:  California; Stanford; USC; Washington; WSC; Oregon; Oregon State; St. Mary's; Santa Clara; Olympic Club.  There are some surface tears on the inside; near the bottom that obliterate some of the writing.  displays great.  good to very good.   25.00

"The Associated Fan".  36 pages.  hinged at bottom, opens up like fan.  each page printed on both sides.  Each team's complete schedule.  interspersed with ads from Associated Oil.  tight and clean.  minor corrosion to the metal hinge and minor surface tear on back cover.  unique piece.  overall in excellent or better condition.  Only one I have EVER seen.  69.50

1963 ALABAMA and AUBURN football schedule glass ashtray.   Glass ashtray from Burnett Sales Co. of Birmingham Alabama. Reverse printed on glass bottom in red and blue are the 1963 complete football schedules of the ALABAMA "CRIMSON TIDE" on the left in red and the AUBURN "TIGERS" on the right in blue. 4.5" diameter and just shy of 1.25" tall. No cracks, no chips, no nicks, no defects except the print quality is a little weak on the blue side.  A scarce and interesting piece! Great item if you collect skeds, or just ALABAMA or AUBURN stuff!   39.50

pinback button.  WISCONSIN (with tin football candy container).  undated but 1930's or earlier vintage.  white on red with red and white ribbon attached with large tin lithographed football at end of ribbon.  The football was Made in Germany and it comes apart in the center.  they were sold as candy containers!  there is minor wear to the tin football.  the pin is mint BUT the ribbons are quite tattered and should be replaced.  the pin is 1.75" diameter celluloid.  the football is approx. 2.25" long.  early and unusual piece!  125.00

1942 ROSE BOWL Championship Ring.  Oregon State.  Josten 10K.  worn but no damage.  fancy deep engraved on inside.  Ring belonged to OSU Guard who was drafted by NFL team.  engraved is his name; the date; and the score and Durham N.C.   As I am sure you know - this was an historically significant game:  Because of the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor the game was played in Durham North Carolina. Oregon State is the only team to win the Rose Bowl outside of Pasadena, California!  This is the earliest Rose Bowl ring that I have ever seen.  $2800.00

1970 ROSE BOWL.  Genuine deer skin.  heavily detailed multi-colored emblem in the center for the CHI PHI Fraternity.  In red felt lettering that has been stitched onto the suede side of the deerskin, it says ROSE BOWL across the top.  Across the bottom it lists the score, and the date: U.S.C. 10; MICH. 3 - 1970.  each of the felt letters measures 3" tall.  VERY impressive display piece!   very well made.  There is some spotting and staining on the leather.  Does not look bad, and probably could be cleaned.  Overall, it measures roughly 30" wide by 37" tall!    unique, one of a kind item!   349.50

KNUTE ROCKNE cast bronze figural bust.  possibly made as a bookend, as back side is flat.  Large bust of him rising out of Notre Dame football stadium.  Has the football gridiron lying flat in front of him.  along the front rim in raised lettering 1929 - 1930 with a football between the 19 and the 30 - 1929.  Very well done, great likeness.  May also have served as a pencil or pen holder.  there is small indentation on the far left side, that does support a sharpened pencil on the incline?   Large, heavy and impressive.  7" tall, 5.75" wide by 2.25" deep.  This is a vintage item that is EXTREMELY rare.   bronze castings are hard, and expensive to make.  that is why you seldom see them, except for art pieces in museums.  Just a killer display item.  450.00

KNUTE ROCKNE figural bust.  Copper on cast iron.  probably made as a bookend.  Has facsimile autograph on his right shoulder embossed into the mold.  Quite large and impressive, as well as heavy.  Not quite 7" tall, 6.5" wide, just shy of 2" deep.  Embossed into the backside, it is marked: "Copyright Oct. 30, 1930".  The casting is flawless.  There is some wear to the copper plating, but overall this very rare piece is very presentable!  Killer display piece for all you Notre Dame alumni!   295.00

EDDIE DOOLEY'S Shell Gasoline FOOTBALL "DOPE" & SCORES for the 1934 season.  14" by 8.5". double sided.   Red on orange.  each sheet lists the week's games, the radio stations that would be broadcasting the games in each city.  column to write the score, the radio forecast, Your forecast and "other" forecast.  these have been neatly filled in pencil.  excellent condition and really neat time capsule.  each is folded across the middle.

great equipment.  Black and white real photo postcard. AZO back. Undated, circa 1910. FOOTBALL TEAM. Great shot with early equipment. 4 of the players have nose guards, there is a "bat wing" style nose guard at their feet, along with 6 leather helmets! Image is crisp and clear. Has not been postally used, but there is pencil writing. It is addressed to someone in South Olean, New York - but there is no hint as to what the team is. NO flaws, no creases. Near mint to mint.    45.00

PRINCETON UNIVERSITY comic postcard drawn by R. F. Outcault, the famous cartoonist who drew The Yellow Kid and Buster Brown & Tige. This one is captioned GO AS FAR AS YOU LIKE. Great graphics of Princeton player jumping up and down on opposing team player as the fan is yelling and waving the Princeton pennant. Card is copyrighted 1905 and is an undivided back card. It has NOT been used. The colors are very crisp and sharp. The corners are strong. No dings, no creases, no wrinkles. Near mint plus or nicer.  42.50

Gold border, full color. Great illustration of UNCLE SAM character wearing red, white and blue football uniform with U.S. on the jersey. He is holding the ball in left hand, against his hip. THANKSGIVING captioned at top. At the bottom, captioned WORLD'S 20th CENTURY CHAMPION.  #4103 in lower right.   I would guess this came out right after World War I. The artist appears to be Percy Ruves (can't quite make out the signature). This has not been postally used.  Colors are strong.  near mint to mint.   18.00

1911 EATON FOOTBALL TEAM postcard, Published by Wood & Snider.  postmarked June 23, 1911.  Very nice, early view of the football squad with the schoolhouse in background. Beautiful full color football postcard from 1908, titled TOUCHDOWN. It shows someone being tackled right as he crosses the goal line. Note the Nose guard and early style helmet on the tackler.
